Architectural project of building renovation and interior design of a private house. Pavia

Following the purchase of a house in the historic center of Pavia by our clients, after various documents, we proposed this solution for a building renovation. The origin of the building dates back to the 1960s, with a traditional subdivision of the interior. Thanks to the modernist vision of the client, we allowed ourselves to radically distort this subdivision by optimizing the spaces and creating a bright and large open space for the living area. Bearing in mind all the precautions that bound the technical systems, especially the hydraulics, we therefore intervened on the entire surface, offering a wider sensation than the original. The project and care in the choice of modern furniture, and the subsequent supply and installation, did the rest. Drawings made by hand.
